After cleaning, the robot transports the air cap to the drying station. Internal air nozzles blow-dry the air cap, preparing it for the next cycle of automated robotic spraying. This cleaner is integrated with a color change function.

GC30 utilizes explosion-proof air rotary cylinder, which, during the cleaning process, rotates slowly and continuously to rotate the brush. Simultaneously, the solvent nozzle sprays solvent to clean the air cap. Because the brush continuously rotates and pulls dirt off the air cap, the robot simultaneously slides the air cap left and right. As the air cap rolls back and forth on the brush and moves left and right, dirt on the air cap is effectively removed.
After cleaning the air cap, the robot moves the spray gun cap to the drying side. Using internally designed air nozzles, the air cap is dried before the next round of automatic spraying by the robot. This cleaning machine features color change functionality. When changing colors, the spray gun directs waste paint directly into the hopper chamber, and solvent can be activated to assist in pipeline cleaning
